The course of Acai Cream and its varieties, aims to assist everyone who wants to start in the açaí branch as those who already work in the segment and want to develop and produce their own cream. In the course are discussed the characteristics of the açaí, its different forms of commercialization, all the necessary ingredients for its production with its respective functions and description of all its productive process. We will also have practical demonstrations of many product variables for tastings.
